Hey all,
We are one week out from kicking off the 2009 campaign. Both of us are feeling pretty good heading into the marathon next weekend. It's funny though, Erin is more nervous about next weekend than she was for Ironman. She can race an Ironman with a partially dislocated knee-cap and is worried about a 26.2 mile jog. Nuts!
Not a whole lot more is new down here. Marc was happy to close the books on 2008 work-wise and is ready for a rebound in 2009. Erin made her way back to Minneapolis this past week for work where she quickly realized who thin her blood has gotten over the past 6 months in Florida.
That's it for now. We will try and keep up the postings.

Hi Erin and Marc.... We're looking forward to Jan 18th and the marathon / half-marathon JOG!! More like a WALK/jog for me.... It will be a great day.. wish I was doing the full..... but age might be a factor-- don't think I have the stamina that Erin had for that dislocated knee-cap Ironman. There will be another day for the FULL for me... I keep trying to remember "It's never to late to be what you might have been".... See you next Friday and warm weather!!! Love, Mom
